Ibis Styles Ulaanbaatar Polaris Hotel

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly attentive and took care of all my needs. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The rooms were spacious, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The beds were so comfortable, I had a great night's sleep every night. The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center, airport, and railway station, making it easy for me to explore the city and travel around. I really appreciated the modern decor and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. It felt luxurious and provided enhanced comfort.

Spent New Year's here, and the hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to many attractions. the staff was friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. the rooms were clean and modern, and we really appreciated the complimentary breakfast and free wifi.

The room temperature was difficult to control. At times it was too warm, but when we tried to open the window for some fresh air, there was a lot of street noise.

We had a great stay at a hotel in this city. Best aspects were the friendly and accommodating staff, the spacious and stylish rooms, and the convenient location close to the city center, airport and railway station. The hotel facilities, including a coffee shop, restaurant with terrace, and shopping area for local goods, were all-inclusive. the beds were super comfy and the hotel was very clean.

I was impressed by the attention to detail in the building work at Ibis Styles. The tiling and carpentry were perfect. The room itself was beautiful, with a lovely bathroom.

When I arrived for my second stay, I was disappointed to find that the room I had requested was already occupied. This happened again during my third stay, despite my message requesting the same room.

The view from the window in our room was absolutely stunning. The sheets on the bed were very clean and comfortable. Also, the location of the hotel allowed us to easily explore the city and enjoy several romantic outings.

Our room was incredibly noisy due to outside city noise. Furthermore, the bathroom was not well cleaned and contained several hairs from previous guests. Lastly, several of the staff members were rude and unhelpful during our romantic getaway.

We were truly impressed with our recent hotel stay. the location was perfect, close to the city center, airport, and railway station. We also loved the all-inclusive aspect of the hotel, including the coffee shop and restaurant with a terrace.

The lighting in the rooms could be improved for applying makeup and reviewing purchases.
